Our main conceptual design here is to provide large office areas, which are suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and each unit ranges from 750 – 12,000 square meters of factory spaces. The tenet, who rents a factory or a warehouse from this project, can enjoy free comprehensive services such as repair and maintenance services, document and license consultation services. The project is in Samut Prakan Province with excellent road accesses. It is near Bang Na – Trat, Buraphavithi Expressway, Motorway, and Suvarnabhumi Airport. Also, it is very accessible from central Bangkok, major seaports, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

We provide Thailand’s premium factories for rent. With customer-oriented functions and innovative designs, our factories and warehouses for rent are for customers’ benefits.
